Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, choose your favorite pieces, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your payment information is always secure with us.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped directly from our home in Honolulu, Hawaii. 🌴  We do not offer drop-off delivery services for local purchases.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress. For more details, visit our Shipping Policy.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international shipping times may vary, and customs fees may apply depending on your country.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange. For more details, visit our Returns Policy.

Q: Do you offer repairs?
A:We do not offer repairs at this time. If a customer feels that they have received a jewelry piece with defects, we will replace the jewelry if it is returned within 30 day in its original packaging, less any shipping fees.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

Q: Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
A: Yes, our jewelry is made with high-quality materials, including hypoallergenic metals, to ensure it’s safe and comfortable for everyone to wear.

 

Custom Orders & Gift Options

Q: Can I request a custom piece of jewelry?
A: Unfortunately, no. We do not offer custom jewelry services at this time.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: No. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services. All orders come with an individual gift box and an organza drawstring bag.
