Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our home in Honolulu, Hawaii. Orders ARE NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Upon successful receipt of your order, we will immediately start the processing phase. The specific processing time varies depending on the item ordered. For more detailed information, please refer to the below sections.You will receive a Shipment

Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Domestic U.S. Shipping Policies

For all domestic orders within the United States, we utilize FedEx, USPS, or a combination of both for shipping. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time they are placed. Should there be any anticipated delays in shipping your order, we will promptly notify you.

  • USPS Standard Shipping expected delivery of item(s) within 3-8 business days varying by state.
  • USPS PRIORITY MAIL orders expected delivery is within 3-6 business days varying by state.
  • For orders in Hawaii, expected delivery is within 1-2 business days.

Please remember that Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Also, shipping fees are subject to change.

 

International Shipping Policies

Depending on customs and clearance times, orders can take up to 20 business days to receive. The delivery time largely depends on the service that you choose upon checkout and your government's clearance time for importing items.

All customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers have the ability to pay Duties & Taxes at checkout, The duties collected or charged during customs clearance go exclusively to the government of the country. Please contact your local post or customs office for more information.

All international shipments outside of the United States are subject to customs and duties fees. We are not in charge of customs fees, nor do we regulate them in any manner.

Before ordering, it's always a good idea to check with your local post office to see how much (if any) the government will charge in import taxes and fees.

Please note that if the package is rejected due to nonpayment of customs fees, the refund will be subject to shipping deductions for the rejected shipment.

 

Lost Packages

Please note that we are NOT responsible for lost (or stolen) packages after the courier confirms that they have been delivered.

If your package is showing as delivered but you have not received it, please get in touch with the local carrier that delivered your item (either USPS or FedEx). Packages are often left in the mailbox, on the doorstep, or with a front desk associate. We would be happy to help with this process, too!

If the package has not been delivered and is deemed lost, we will file a claim with the carrier and can do a reshipment or store credit for the parcel.

 

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.
