What's your refund & return policy?

We want you to love your new piece. If there's something wrong or if it’s not a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy. Once received, we will issue you a full refund of your purchase.

However, the product MUST be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging). Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of a returned item. All SALE items are final. Sale items ARE NOT eligible for returns and no refunds or exchanges are allowed. 

 

Do you offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer exchanges. However, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is by returning the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new correct item.

 

How can I initiate a return?

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged. If you received the wrong item by accident, please let us know ASAP so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

 

Lost or stolen mail

Please contact USPS directly. We can provide details to support your claim. However, we are not responsible for covering the cost of a lost package. 

 

What items can I return?

You can return ALL ITEMS from your order, as long it's WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving it. All sterling silver items must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.


European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. Please contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
